Butter Chicken & Tofu ~ In-Person Cooking Class

I never realized how good butter chicken was until I went to the most spectacular Indian restaurant. It was super fragrant, silky, and surprisingly light! And the rice was fluffy and perfect. In this class, we're going to make butter chicken (and tofu, too!) plus flawless rice! YUM! Come join us!

About the Event
Butter chicken. It's one of the most perfect dishes I've ever had. The creamy, silky spiced tomato sauce with tender chunks of chicken and/or tofu is AMAZING. Words can't possibly do it justice. Garam masala, one of the best spice blends on the entire planet, is what gives this dish the iconic flavor. If you've not had it, you just wait. I can't wait to cook it with you!
In this class, we'll not only make butter chicken and tofu, but we'll also make the fluffiest rice you've ever had.
And for gluten-free and vegetarian friends, you're in luck! This dish is naturally gluten-free and the tofu option is plant-based. Please let me know ahead of time if you need any other dietary accommodations.
