About the Event

If you've got a busy schedule and need a quick meal that makes great leftovers, this fall hash is for you! It's loaded with gorgeous butternut squash, lots of hearty greens, protein-laden black beans, and fragrant spices that bring the whole dish together. And if you want to practice your knife skills, prepping all the veggies for this hash is the perfect way to do that!

Butternut is one of the yummiest fall veggies, and we're always excited about bringing you new ways to use it! This hash can be a main or a side, can be eaten any time of the day, and can even be served with a lovely fried egg if you wish. It's truly fabulous.

In this class, we'll learn how to make the best veggie hash and explore the flexibility and versatility of all our ingredients.

So won't you join us?  We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of awesome culinary tips and tricks along the way.

This class will be Thursday, October 27th from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.

So go ahead and RSVP! I'll send you the list of tools and ingredients you'll need a few days before our class.

And, as always, this class makes use of some items from your perfect pantry ingredients!

Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
