About the Event
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that everybody loves mac and cheese. No matter who you are, there's something ultra comforting about perfectly cooked noodles surrounded by a luscious, creamy cheese sauce.
But what if this decadent cheese sauce were complimented and nutritionally boosted by some gorgeous butternut squash? I feel like Mother Nature intended on butternut being best friends with mac and cheese becuase never has there been a more seamless blending of cheese and veggies.
I could go on all day. The point is that you need this recipe in your life. We all do. And I can't wait to eat all of my test batches in preparation for this amazing class!

This class will be Thursday, September 23rd from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.

We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
