What better time to explore comfort foods than the winter? In this Nourishing Comfort Foods mini-series, we're going to take a veggie-centric approach to classic comfort foods.Â
In this particular class, we'll make a super creamy butternut mac and cheese that's loaded with simple, accessible, seasonal ingredients. And, for those who don't yet love butternut squash, this may be the ticket! Â
In this class, we will...

- get comfortable using knives, peelers, and more to make butternut squash prep a breeze
- discuss which cheeses and dairy work best for ooey gooey mac and cheese
- eat a delicious lunch!
So come join us as we have tons of fun, make delicious food, and learn lots of great things with our community.
