Cheddar & Chive Squash Cakes ~ In-Person Cooking Class

Meet your new favorite summertime dish. These cheddar and chive summer squash cakes are truly a fan favorite...and it's actually the recipe that my friends and family ask for the most. I could eat my weight in them. This isn't a joke. They're that good. They're super versatile becuase you can use any kind of squash you have (even ones that are past their prime) and any leftover bits of cheese in the fridge. And the garlicky sauce we'll make is magic. I'm so excited!

Come and join us (IN PERSON!)!  We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!  Class will be Friday, July 29th at 5:30pm EST. 

All ingredients will be provided, but please bring an apron if you have one. We will cook, laugh, learn, and share food together...with our community. :)

Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
