About the Event
Meet your new favorite summertime dish. These cheddar and chive summer squash cakes are truly a fan favorite. Every time we teach them, there's never a drop left over!
They're easy to make, easy love, and a crowd pleaser perfect for a lovely brunch. They're super versatile because you can use any kind of squash you have (even ones that are past their prime) and any leftover bits of cheese in the fridge. And the garlicky sauce we'll make is magic. ✨
By the way, our Easy Eats (in Waynesville!) classes are exactly what they sound like. In each session, we'll learn how to use pantry staples, fresh produce, herbs, and spices to their fullest potential. We'll also explore kitchen tools that can make cooking much easier.Â
