Cherry Tomato & Parmesan Risotto ~ Cooking Class
Super creamy and packed with tomato and parmesan flavor, this summertime risotto will make your mouth water. In fact, it's so good, you may eat it all before it hits the table! Risotto is all about the technique, and we're going to learn exactly how to do it in this fantastic class!

About the Event
Risotto is one of those dishes that just feels fancy. The way that simple arborio rice turns creamy and silky when treated just right is why this dish is up there at top of my list. Making it just seems like a miracle!
This version of risotto is loaded with sweet and acidic cherry tomatoes and nutty parmesan. The flavors sing of summer and it's perfect served as a main or a side.

This class will be Thursday, August 5th from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.
