Great Gravy! is a three-class series designed to help you find zen in the holiday kitchen. Together we'll make fluffy mashed potatoes, cranberry compote, loaded stuffing, a roasted bird, and yes, great gravy. There'll even be dessert on the menu, so stay tuned for class dates starting in November.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Fellow cooks, the biggest days of cooking are almost here, and we want to help our cooking community find zen, peace, and deliciousness in the process. Turkey Day is just a month away, and we've got something awesome planned for you. From spatchcocking, roasting, and serving the most yummy turkey to using the drippings for an A+ gravy, this series will break down six affordable and delicious recipes and, while we're cooking, there's no doubt you'll pick up tons of kitchen skills, tips, and tricks during the process.
Uncomplicated Kitchen is all about simple, from-scratch, super yummy, and very wallet-friendly food. And what better time to join us than before the holidays!
