Crispy Cauliflower Wings & Homemade Sauces ~ Cooking Class
I love turning veggies into wickedly craveable yummies. And these cauliflower wings 100% fit the bill. They're flavorful, crispy, and coated in the best sweet & spicy "wing" sauce ever. And the homemade chunky, creamy blue cheese? YUM. I'm wildly excited to share this with you! Come join us!

About the Event
Many, many moons ago, I was practically addicted to chicken wings. And, I'm not talking homemade wings. I'm talking dive bar, margarine-covered, and made with who knows what. Now I look back and I'm like, why??? But then I realize exactly why...
Because a crispy thing adorned with buffalo sauce and blue cheese can be one of the greatest culinary combinations EVER. The spicy combined with the creamy is a match made in heaven. But, so often, buffalo sauce is just spice with nothing else happening. And the blue cheese dip can be equally mediocre. And we don't want "meh." We want flavor that knocks our socks off and makes us come back for more and more. Well, friends, it's about to be your lucky day.
I've (literally for years) been tinkering around with making a buffalo sauce better than any bottle or restaurant. I wanted a balance of flavors: sweet, spicy, smoky, and tangy. I wanted it to leap off the plate and yell "HERE I AM!" And I'm so proud to say that I've finally got it! And, as for the blue cheese dip, it's super chunky, ultra creamy, and the perfect dipping consistency.
And, as if that weren't all great enough, we're going to make lovely cauliflower "wings" to enjoy with both of our homemade condiments. They'll be tender, crispy, and delicious!
