We're going to grate, salt, squeeze, and patty your summer bounty and pan fry them to golden, crispy perfection. Then, as if that weren't amazing enough, we're going to make a creamy garlic dipping sauce!
And, as always, this recipe uses items from your perfect pantry ingredients!
