From grocery shopping to transporting, cooking, and storing leftovers, there are so many ways to inadvertently make yourself and your loved ones ill. In this class, Geraldine Riouff, former health inspector and current instructor at WCU’s college of Health and Human Sciences will share what you need to know to keep your family food safe this holiday season and beyond. Snacks will be provided.

So come and join us at the Jackson County Public Library in the Community Room for this awesome food safety lesson!
