About the Event

Our Easy Eats (in Waynesville!) classes are exactly what they sound like. In each session, we'll learn how to use pantry staples, fresh produce, herbs, and spices to their fullest potential. We'll also explore kitchen tools that can make cooking much easier. 


Join us from 10:30 to noon to...

  • eat a delicious lunch (and help us make it, too!)

  • learn how to "bloom" spices to really make a dish pop

  • get comfortable using knives, peelers, and more to make veggie prep a breeze  

  • cook with new ingredients
