About the Event
I have an unreasonable and undying love of lettuce wraps. My love of them comes from years of ordering them at PF Chang’s, but my budget couldn’t support the amount of times I wanted to eat them! (Don’t judge. LOL) So…I took matters into my own hands and made a homemade, budget-friendly version I could enjoy at home!
These lettuce wraps are gingery, peanutty, and sing with flavors and colors! I can’t wait for you to try them!
And regarding our Easy Eats (in Waynesville!) classes …they’re exactly what they sound like. In each session, we'll learn how to use pantry staples, fresh produce, herbs, and spices to their fullest potential. We'll also explore kitchen tools that can make cooking much easier.
