ABOUT THE SERIES:
Our brand new Great Gravy! cooking series is designed to help our community of home cooks find zen, peace, and deliciousness in their holiday kitchens. Turkey Day is just a month away, and we've got something amazing planned for you. While this three-class series will take you through six recipes that are perfect for fall, we know the kitchen skills, tips, and tricks you'll learn will be helpful all year long!
ABOUT THIS CLASS:
In this class, we'll make super simple roasted chicken (we don't have time for a turkey!) that we'll spatchcock for even cooking and crispy skin, whisk up an A+ gravy from the pan drippings, and learn the secrets to fluffy mashed potatoes.
This class will be held on Monday, November 9nd from 10:30am-12pm at St. John's Episcopal Church in Downtown Sylva.
