When I say pasta, do you picture a box? I used to! Now I picture silky, squishy, soft noodles with the perfect bite and tons of flavor. With just a handful of simple ingredients, you, too, can enjoy the bliss of homemade pasta. And I'll show you!
This class is Part 1 of the pasta series. After we learn all about making the homemade pasta, we'll make a lovely garlicky-infused olive oil to compliment your brand new noodle skills.
After this introductory class, we'll dive into lasagna, ravioli, and maybe even pierogi! This foundational class is just the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
So come and join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
Class will be Thursday, March 4th at 5pm EST.
And, as always, this class makes use of some items from your perfect pantry ingredients!
Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
