About the Event
Ricotta cheese isn't just for lasagna and baked ziti. It can actually transform into many things, and this recipe is one of our favorite ways to stretch it into a silky, creamy sauce. This is one of those dishes you'll use time and time again because it's so very tasty...and easy!
In this class, we'll learn how to properly boil pasta (yes, this is a thing!), how to get as much love from one lemon as possible, and how to turn simple ricotta cheese into a glorious, herby, citrusy sauce. 🍋
So tie on your favorite apron and come make yummy things with us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way! 👩🍳
