About the Event
I apologize in advance for how addicting this soup will be. Chunks of tender potato in a creamy soup with cheddar, bacon, and green onion is perhaps the most comforting of all comfort foods. And it's one of those old school soups that only the most magical of restaurants served. To make this soup well is an art, and you're about to become an expert.
Come and join me as we make this timeless classic and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
And, as always, this recipe uses some items from your perfect pantry ingredients!
Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
