About the Event
Here at UnKit, we looooove tomatoes, especially heirloom ones straight off the vine. Tomatoes are the best reason to love summer. And this pasta dish puts the tomato on a pedestal by just lightly cooking it and highlighting its sweet, wonderful, bright, cheery flavor. In this class, we'll also learn to make the most perfectly seasoned, al dente pasta that'll rival any of your favorite restaurants.
Tomato lovers, this one's for you. And, by the way, this sauce freezes and reheats flawlessly! We love being able to enjoy summer...even in the middle of winter.
By the way, our Easy Eats (in Waynesville!) classes are exactly what they sound like. In each session, we'll learn how to use pantry staples, fresh produce, herbs, and spices to their fullest potential. We'll also explore kitchen tools that can make cooking much easier.Â
