About the Event
Hear me out. I fully acknowledge that raw cauliflower is usually the last thing to get eaten on a veggie tray. BUT roasted cauliflower is the stuff of legends. Am I right? The intense heat of the oven transforms the mild-tasting veggie into a sweet, earthy, golden, caramelized dream with so much incredible flavor. I could (read: have) eaten a whole tray of it singlehandedly.
So why not turn this roasted goodness into a creamy, hearty soup? Think potato soup minus the potato. All the creaminess and flavor, but wth glorious cauliflower! I'm more than excited to fill my freezer with these leftovers.
In this class, we're going to transform the humble cauliflower into the soup of your dreams.
