About the Event
We love clam chowder. It's one of those dishes that makes us feel a little fancy when we eat it. But, until very recently, we've not used it as a class recipe because it just seemed too pricey and time-consuming for our mission of affordable and simple meals. But we were thrilled to realized how wrong we were!
