Eggs are one of my favorite quick fixes. I love them in so many ways: crispy fried, silky scrambled, jammy soft boiled, delicately poached, and fluffy omelettes. Don't you?
The thing is, just becuase these dishes are simple, it doesn't mean they're easy. I've had my share of rubbery scrambled eggs, cold yolks in a sunny side up, and overcooked poached eggs. And let's not even talk about the underwhelming $10 omelette. Well no more! Say goodbye to that mess.
In this class, we're going to make the eggs of our dreams and give them the love and care they deserve. One carton of eggs. Five different recipes. Endless variations.
So come and join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
