Best Banana Muffins ~ Baking Class
Time & Location
About the Event
Sometimes a recipe comes along that knocks your socks off and becomes your go-to. This banana muffin recipe is one of them. It's wildly affordable (it makes use of overripe bananas), has a ton of stuff you can feel good about eating, and is so darn tasty, you'd swear it was dessert. And did I mention they freeze like a dream?
In this class, we're going to take those overripe bananas and make something way better than banana bread (if you can believe it). We're also going to use dark chocolate, cinnamon, whole wheat flour and eggs to make this rockstar recipe.
You'd be hard-pressed to find a better muffin than this. Kids and adults alike will agree!
This recipe is also dairy-free and gluten-free adaptable. Please let me know if you'll be making either of those versions, and I'll be glad to help.
So come and join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
Class will be Thursday, April 1st at 5:30pm EST.
And, as always, this class makes use of some items from your perfect pantry ingredients!
Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
