Summer is upon us, and, no doubt, you've got a basket full of squash on hand. Thankfully burrito stuffed zucchini are here to save the day! Light, summery, and fresh, these burrito boats will be your new favorite summer dish. And it'll be ready in an hour!

About the Event
Burritos are amazing. Beans, cheese, sauteed peppers and onions, hot sauce, sour cream...I'm practically drooling. But it's summer, and I want something lighter. But I still want burritos. Hmmmm...what's a food-loving person to do?
Oh wait! Why not stuff all the burrito goodness inside a flavorful, baked zucchini boat?!
In this class, we're going to take the ubiquitous zucchini, prepare it just right, turn it into a boat, season it up, bake it a little, and snuggle all the goodies right inside. Hurray! I'm so excited.
So come cook along with us as we make an amazing meal together. We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
