Your tastebuds won't know what to do with all this yumminess! This chickpea shakshuka over nutty brown rice is a completely plant-based twist on the classic. Rich tomato broth with lots of sweet bell peppers and the pop from lemon make this a meal you'll go to time and time again. We love it!

About the Event
The weather warm, the sun is shining, our gardens and farmers markets are full of beautiful abundance, and veggie cuisine is on my mind.
This class is dedicated to my new favorite dish: rich, tomatoey, herby, lemony chickpea shakshuka. Shakshuka originated in North Africa, but is popular in many parts of the world...and for good reason!
We love it because it combines humble pantry staples and seasonal fare to become an incredibly unique and full-flavored meal that's loaded with protein, fiber, veggies, and deliciousness! And did I mention that this version of Shakshuka is completely plant-based???)
This class is dedicated to glorifying veggies and taking them to the next level. Even the most dedicated meat-eater won't be missing a thing.
So come join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
