Imagine a cheese danish and pancake hybrid. You're welcome. That's the bliss of syrniki. The first time I had these, it was true love. I make these every time I can, and I especially love to make these for special occasions. They're just as simple as pancakes but SO MUCH BETTER.

About the Event
I can only explain syrniki as a cross between a pancake and a cheese danish. But that hardly does it justice. The curds from the cottage cheese create a glorious "cheese pull" when cutting the syrniki and a delightful texture when you're blissfully eating it. There are no proper words for this gustatory pleasure.
I watched an Eastern European chef make these on TV, and I immediately starting Googling. He was whipping egg whites, folding in cottage cheese, and making what looked exactly like a fluffy pancake. I was captivated...and practically drooling. The chef, however, didn't disclose his recipe. So I decided to do some research and write my own.
It took months of testing, adjusting, and tasting (poor me, I know), and I'm so excited to finally bring this recipe to you! In this class, we're going to make some syrniki of our own and create a quick fresh…
