Creamy, silky, and super fragrant, this protein-packed, vegetarian soup is just what you need this fall. My favorite legume is the star of the show in this pureed soup that's fit for the fanciest of restaurants with its crispy garlic chips, but is actually delightfully simple. Come join us!

About the Event
If you didn't already love chickpeas, you will after tasting this soup! Fragrant aromatics and spices elevate a pot of garbanzo beans into something wonderful and comforting. And the crispy garlic chips and garlic oil garnish take it over the top.
In this class, we're going to make a big ole batch of this soup, so you'll have plenty to enjoy now and lots more to freeze for later.

This class will be Thursday, October 7th from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.
Once you RSVP, I'll send you the list of tools and ingredients you'll need.
