Two lessons in one! We'll be making the creamiest dreamiest mashed potatoes and a gravy so good you may cry happy tears..all in 90 minutes!

Good mashed potatoes are an art. Sure they only contain a small handful of ingredients. But it's the treatment of those ingredients and the process behind the magical taters that make this side dish (...or main dish. I won't judge.) so very good.  

And don't forget the gravy! THE GRAVY. I learned how to make gravy in high school. It was my job every Thanksgiving at my boyfriend's family's house. And his grandma was a pro. A legit gravy superstar. And even though he and I didn't last, those gravy lessons did. :)

We're going to take all your turkey drippings and turn them into pure magic. (By the way, we're going to practice prepping and roasting the perfect on a special video that I'll have out soon. We'll be using a chicken for that, but the same exact rules apply.) Gravy is my single most favorite part of Thanksgiving. To me, gravy is a food group. It covers my entire plate like warm and yummy blanket. And I love it soooo much. 

And I'm going to show you all how to create gravy magic. Because mashed potatoes need gravy. Right? 

So ignore that stuff in a jar and let's get cooking! Come and join me as we make these two timeless Thanksgiving classics and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
