This is the quintessential fall soup. This autumnal-hued, lightly spiced, creamy, comforting, and amazing butternut soup needs to become part of your seasonal repertoire. It's one of those things that looks and tastes fancy and always coaxes "oohs" and "aahs" out of even the most discerning foodie. It's plant-based, dairy-free, and just sooooooo good!
In this class, we'll prep, season, and roast the most tender and delicious butternut squash and turn it into a silky smooth, super creamy, perfectly spiced soup. And we may even get a little pretty with some optional toppings. Won't you join me to celebrate the beautiful butternut?
