About the Event
Cool air, warming spices, and crunching leaves. I love the fall.
I didn't love bread pudding until I had a chocolate chip version. (I'm not a raisin person; what can I say?) But now I LOVE IT. This version tastes like a chai-spiced hot chocolate, and I am in love. And with a creamy custard sauce called a crème anglaise? There's almost nothing better. We rarely teach desserts in our classes, but this one's totally worth it!
Is your mouth already watering? I know mine is! Come and join us (IN PERSON!)! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way! Class will be Friday, October 28th at 6:00pm EST.
All ingredients will be provided, but please bring an apron if you have one. We will cook, laugh, learn, and share yummy food together...with our community. :)
