If you love egg rolls, this one's for you! We're going to make a deconstructed version that's served over rice and the tasty sweet and sour sauce is cooked right in. This version's lighter, packs in more veggies, and you can even choose your protein!

About the Event
Egg rolls are one of my favorite takeout treats. Maybe it's the crispy shell. Maybe it's the sauce. Maybe it's both. And, while I've definitely made them at home, they're not really a meal and they can take quite a while to make. But this version, however...
It's quick, loaded with veggies galore, and contains plenty of protein for staying power. (Speaking of protein, you can choose shrimp, chicken, turkey, pork, or Beyond/Impossible veggie options) Oh and the sweet and sour sauce is cooked right in! By the way, we aren't forgetting about the crunch either. We've got that part covered, too.
So bring your appetite, tie on your favorite apron, and come cook with us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
Together, we'll:
- make the most of our knife skills by shredding up cabbage and prepping other veggies
- learn how to actually stir fry veggies without accidentally steaming them
- create a wonderfully balanced sweet and sour sauce
- learn to make perfectly fluffy white rice
- have fun with our cooking community!

This class will be Thursday, September 21st from 5:30-6:30pm EST via Zoom.
