If you've never had grilled lemon, the time is now. Nothing screams sunshine like the brightness of grilled lemon and the freshness of seasonal herbs. In this class, we'll build a fragrant marinade, grill chicken (or shrimp) and veggies to perfection, and even make garlic-rubbed crostini.

About the Event
It's grilling season, friends! The month of May is dedicated to exploring grilled dishes from around the globe. Our first stop is to southern Italy, and you don't even need to pack a bag.
For this class, we're going to discover the magic of grilled lemon. With just one bite of this dish, you may find yourself yelling "HELLO SUNSHINE!" This southern Italian-inspired dish takes seasonal eating to the next level with flavors of garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, and olive oil.
We'll be making a vibrant marinade, grilling chicken (and/or shrimp) and veggies to perfection, spooning over a lip-smacking sauce, and making a garlic-rubbed crostini to seal the deal.
By the way, if you don't want to grill, you can do all of this indoors.
