About the Event
Fresh rolls. Summer rolls. Colorful, flavorful, yummy things perfectly rolled in chewy rice paper and served with glorious sauce. No matter what you call it, they're a delicious work of art. And summer rolls are one of those recipes that I've both craved and enjoyed for years and found myself determined to demystify and conquer at home.
And now I'm going to share all the secrets with you!
Join me and my friend Edith of Busy People Eat for a super special summer roll cooking party. Edith is Instagram-famous for teaching her followers how they can eat well, no matter how busy they are or what their budget is. She's the queen of time saving shortcuts and has a lot of tricks up her sleeve for our class. I adore her and know you will, too!
We'll prepare the fillings, make a sauce or two, learn how to roll like the pros, and learn a bunch of kitchen hacks that you'll use time and time again. And for our vegan and gluten-free friends, we've got you covered!
Class is September 19th from 6pm-7:30 EST. Once you RSVP, I'll send you the list of ingredients and tools you'll need for our class plus the Zoom link.
The cost of our Zoom classes is whatever you're able to give. Uncomplicated Kitchen relies entirely on donations, and your contribution helps to ensure that classes like this can continue. If you're unable to give, that's ok, too. Please still join us.
