Cheesecake needs no introduction. I don't have to sell how good it is. Because it's absolutely amazing. But, I'll tell you that I've had a surprising amount of mediocre cheesecakes in my life. For me, they can't be too sweet, and they have to be fluffy and creamy. A truly good, homemade cheesecake is what I'm selling you on.
In this class, we're going to make super creamy, excellent cheesecake in either classic, mocha, or strawberry. We'll use muffin tins (which, by the way, are for way more than muffins and cupcakes) to create personal-sized treats and muffin liners to keep them from sticking.
And did I mention that they freeze super well? Could this get any better?
So come and join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
Class will be Thursday, April 22nd at 5:30pm EST.

Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking.
