Summer is the season for all things bruschetta, and I love this roasted twist! In this class, we're going to roast gorgeous heirloom tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, whip some ricotta with fresh herbs, and enjoy the last of the summer bounty.

About the Event
Roasted tomatoes are magic because they're sort of the halfway point between fresh and sun dried. They're very versatile, incredibly tasty, and bring a depth of umami-ness that fresh tomatoes alone don't have.
In my everlasting search for new ways to use summer tomatoes, I discovered this gem. Roasted balsamic tomatoes pair perfectly with creamy and herby whipped ricotta. Even better is when the tomatoes and cheese are served atop a garlic rubbed crostini. Ugh. SO GOOD.
In this class, we're going to make just that. This is one for the books, friends. You're going to love this.
This recipe is a perfect way to use up the last of a summer harvest, and it's delicious, nutritious, and affordable.
