Some dishes just hit the spot. And this is one of them. Scallion noodles and chili oil-flashed greens are flawless together. And top it off with a sesame oil fried egg, and YUM. This combo is everything because it's perfectly balanced. I can't wait to share it with you!

About the Event
Noodles, noodles, noodles. I love noodles. And none are better than those that are all wrapped in a perfectly balanced dish with flavors that pop.
In this class, we'll be making two amazing Chinese dishes: scallion noodles and hot chili oil-flashed greens. The combination of silky noodles, sweet green onions, umami-rich soy sauce, zippy rice wine vingear, and rich, creamy egg is amazing. And adding those spicy, gingery, garlicky greens to the mix makes it PERFECTION. I can't possibly explain how good this is through words.
For my gluten-free friends, these recipes are easily adaptable.
So let's make some amazing food together. We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
Class will be Thursday, February 11th at 5pm EST.
