Sheet Pan Fajitas ~ Cooking Class
Fajitas are awesome. The best thing about them is the combination of textures, flavors, and colors. The worst thing about them is the time it takes to make them. In this class, we're going to SIMPLIFY and get them done in an hour with very little to clean up. Vegetarian and gluten-free friendly.

About the Event
I'll bet that most of our first memories of fajitas revolve around a sizzling platter. I remember this so clearly; I remember wanting whatever was on that cast iron plate. Did I know what was on it? No. Did I care? Not one bit. Fast forward to adulthood...
I ordered fajitas when I was in college. And, honestly, I was a little disappointed. The veggies were pretty much burned and raw at the same time and the protein was so bland. I knew it could be better. I set out to make it better. And my husband is so grateful.
A good fajita is magical with a combination of textures, flavors, colors. And, in my opinion, it also needs a creamy sauce and something spicy. And there should be a ton of leftovers that you can enjoy with rice or on a salad or in an omelette!
So in this class we're going to use all the tips and tricks to make a whole bunch of delicious things to enjoy!
In this class, we'll learn how to:
- use a single sheet tray to make an entire meal
- marinate our chosen protein like pros
- stagger our ingredient cook times so nothing is under- or overcooked
- make the best creamy sauce for our fajitas
- discuss how to make the most of our leftovers
- feed a family of four for under $10!
So won't you join us? We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of awesome culinary tips and tricks along the way.
This class will be Thursday, March 16th from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.
So go ahead and RSVP! I'll send you the list of tools and ingredients you'll need a few days before our class.
And, as always, this class makes use of some items from your perfect pantry ingredients!
Our recipes are all pantry-centered because we believe that having certain essential ingredients on hand is key to successful home cooking. We combine these pantry basics - whole grains, herbs, spices, and/or legumes - with a few fresh ingredients to create simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious recipes that anyone can make.
