Tomato jam is my new favorite jam. It's the perfect marriage of sweet and spice and goes with just about anything. And you can use any kind of tomato, ripe or not! Green? Sure! Red? Why not? Purple? Sure thing! So round up all your leftover 'maters and make your new favorite jam.

About the Event
If you've not had tomato jam atop cheese and crackers, you're missing out. The texture is divine, the flavor is outstanding, and it's my favorite way to use up all your leftover tomatoes! You can use unripe ones, overripe ones, and everything in between. If you like pepper jelly, just wait until you try tomato jam!
In this class, we'll be making a sweet and spicy version of tomato jam, but we'll also talk about some variations you can try.

This class will be Thursday, September 2nd from 5:30-7pm EST via Zoom.
