About the Event

Raise your hand if you'd like to head into Monday knowing your fridge was stocked with multiple meal options for the week. Keep your hand up if you'd like those meal options to be delicious, nutritious, homemade, and flexible enough to suit all of the dietary preferences in your household. Exactly. Me, too. My preferred version of meal planning/meal prep here in my Uncomplicated Kitchen is to use the components in my fridge (grains, cooked veggies, raw veggies, proteins, etc.) to make dynamic meals that I'm excited about eating. Because I love food! And I know you do, too.

But it doesn't mean that I have the time and energy to cook every night. And it doesn't mean I don't occasionally want to spend my "free" time doing other things. And I suspect you may feel the same way. In our BRAND NEW Well-Planned Meals classes, we'll make individual components to meals…
