It's about that time for our gardens and markets to be exploding with summer squash, and we all need some tasty new recipes. Lately I'm loving these zoodles (zucchini noodles) with super herby pesto as either a main or a side. It's fresh, light, and combines all the best flavors of summer!

About the Event
One of summer's most abundant veggies is zucchini. And one can only eat so many loaves of zucchini bread. Am I right?
I'm loving these zoodles with fresh herby pesto because it's perfect as a main or a side, it's easily made cheese-free, it's versatile (Have yellow squash and mint instead of zucchini and basil? No problem!), and did I mention it's delicious?
In this class, we'll not only learn how to make zoodles (without even having a spiralizer!) but we'll also make a lovely, fragrant pesto.
This class is dedicated to glorifying veggies and taking them to the next level. Even the most dedicated meat-eater won't be missing a thing.
So come join us! We'll have tons of fun and learn lots of culinary techniques along the way!
This face-to-face class will be Thursday, June 17th at 5:30pm EST on the lawn at Cullowhee Methodist Church.
